shtcst. source&sound card

hi there!
i've bought a server and want to run a shoutcast source (dj) there. It is running windows 98 and has no sound card. when i try to broadcast using winamp, i get the error which says i have no sound card.. so: is it possible to play mp3's without having sound card? maybe i need somewhere to configure winamp to play the 'virtally'? maybe it is possible somwhere (maybe in device manager) to make a sound card emulation? hope to get support, thx.

You need to set the output in winamp to the "null" output. The null output plugin should have installed automatically when you installed the shoutcast DSP plug in and can be found in the output section of the options.
