Setting up Shoutcast

ok look, it may sound like im 100% thick

here's the situation, i have shoutcast on winamp, i work in a net cafe, what i want to do is broadcast through my router and onto the web.

i need someone to tell me EXACTLY how to do it, like im a complete retard, also, please explain how to set shoutcast in winamp

When it comes to the router, what kind of router is it?
