looking for Plugin to allow slowing of audio

I'm looking for a plugin that will allow me to slow down the tempo of an MP3 without changing the pitch. I have no idea what to look for, which is why I'm posting rather than searching (which is kind of a limitation when searching for stuff; it's assumed that you know the name of what it is you're looking for).
