Question Uninstaller "Error lauching installer"

Hi

Using NSIS 2.0 beta 3 and everything was working great.
However suddenly today all my "Uninstall.exe" have started to fail with a popup titled "NSIS ERROR" saying "Error launching installer" with just one OK button.

The installers and uninstallers are simple, no callbacks, etc.

Any clues anyone how I can start to debug/solve this ?

Even the NSIS uninst-nsis.exe gives the same error.
Have rebooted PC, have re-installed NSIS, still no joy....

many thanks

Sounds like your temporary folder is not set correctly. Measures to avoid this have already been implemented in the latest CVS version, but if you want to use b3 you'd have to fix your temporary directory settings.

Thanks Kichik!
Discovered that the temp folder being used by NSIS had over 9000 files! Deleting them has cured problem.
