The uninstaller license strings are still missing and there are some double strings.

The romanian translator of my program has updated the romanian language file to the latest version.

Hi,

Here is the latest modern ui romanian file. It has some fixes also to the latest translations.

Sorry for the last months, I've been away and wasn't able to update the files. I'll hopefully have more time from now on.

BTW: congrats on the beta4
