NOTHING happens...

a friend of mine tried to use SHOUTcast, but he seems to have ran into a problem....he says that after he installed it and started SHOUTcast, nothing happened, no "server monitor" nothing in the DSP/Effect....what's wrong?

Then he's probably trying to use WinAmp3. It only works with WinAmp2.X
