whenever i close the avs window i get the message: 'plugin executed illegal operation. restart of winamp is recommended (3)'... nothing happens if don't restart winamp, but it's kinda annoying.
edit: only happens if i use the mouse to close the window, if i use ctrl+alt+k the message doesn't appear. |

Hey guys!
The FusionAMp skin just made me remember an old plugin for winamp 1.xx - it was a beta back then. it featured two speakers, that followed the beat of the music. it matched very well with the FusionAmp, because of it's dark color and it was resizable too, it followed the size of Winamp when in duoblesize-mode. if anyone knows something about that vis-plugin please write it here or send it to me at kadarzsolt@home.ro Thanx... |

I can't send the Speakers plugin because of the filesize limitation, but it was written by Ray Waldin and it's called WinAMP Speakers v.2.0 beta1
anyway. I'm still searching for it. this works with winamp 2.x skins only |

There have been many Woodamps, could you be more specific, like who made it?

Hey, I was wondering if EQ-10 is going to be included in Winamp5's final release. According to the EQ-10 website EQ-10 was included in Winamp 2. There is a Winamp3 plugin for it, but nothing for Winamp2, since it's "included".. I couldn't find it anywhere, even following the guide on the site.....
EQ-10 is an awesome equalizer, as it will reduce volume instead of distorting. |

It's the normal equlaizer, it isn't a plugin.

Latest updates for 5.0F internal
* fixed AVS win98 crash on close bug * fixed in_nsv dsp plugin support * fixed gen_ml -recurse bug * new Signal Processing Studio DSP plug-in (add this to the full list from earlier) Yay! ![]() @brcue yup, George Yohng's 4Front EQ10 is the Winamp EQ (in 2.9x and 5.x) Though for MP3 to fully utilize it, you need to uncheck 'Fast Layer EQ' in: Prefs -> plugins -> input -> mpeg audio decoder -> config -> decoder tab |

hmm... just upgraded from rc8 and i noticed the buffer-bug is still not gone. sorry if this has been posted before, but i dont have the time to read the entire forum. whenever i play a song, it plays some of the sound of the previous song i played, even after i stopped playback after it. changing output plugin has no effect, so i think its in the mp3 decoder.
i cant believe this hasnt been fixed yet, cuz its really annoying, and completely reproducable. rc8 was the first WA5 i tried and it had this bug (2.95 didnt). i'm using win2k sp4. also, rc666 put itself in pause mode the first time i used the J key to jump to a song. i also have a request: a Global Hotkey to 'View File Info' (alt+3) |
