I am making an account with noip.com, I was wondering, firstly, where can I find my IP address? and do I have to keep updating my noip.com account changing the IP address I have entered because my IP address changes every time I restart my computer?

No, you will not have to keep updating it. That's the point of no-ip.com

There are many posts dotting the tread about how to work no-ip. Try doing a forum search.
