need help about relaying!!

hi! I decided to relay a station which is our favourite in LAN to save the traffic from the internet, but I face a problem... my relay server runs linux os, my station's url (that one I want to relay) is http://64.236.34.97:80/stream/1003 . How can I setup a relay for this station in my sc_serv.conf file? I got missed totally.. please help me !! thanks.
