My friend serving for me..how??

Hello!

few questions...

1. I have set up a broadcast server. Now I want my friend to host the music I am playing on MY winamp but to drain it from his bandwith power. How do I do this?
I don't want to press the "connect" button myself so that bandwidth are taken from my computer.

2. How do I make a link on a website that firstly connects to my shoutcast server and if that one is down it automaticlly connects to my friends server who is hosting the music i am playing (if that is possible in question nr.1)
