I am in the process of making a skin for a gaming site i belong to and i have no idea on what to do so if some one could please give me a boot to the head and what i need to do step by step that would help greatly

These are only the gadgets you need to make one. But dun forget: You can´t make a good movie even if you have the Best camera in the world. You need to be good and have a lot of experiences if you wanna make a good skin.
