stream quality from different players and locations

curious what others can add about this.
i play my stream via a mac application called audion....if i listen to my 128kbps stream then it sounds fine......but when i went to an internet cafe to listen to it with winamp 3 it sounded like pounded cow shit. others who have listened to my stream have said it sounded fine. wonder why the quality was so bad at the cafe. anyone know??

the stream is now up at 128kbps.....should be no sound issues but if anyone picks up on any, please let me know
