shoutcast DSP wont disconnect

ok, my shoutcast is on my server, and im using the 1-9-2 DSP to remotely connect to it, when i want to try and disconnect, and let someone else DJ, i hit the disconnect button, but then DSP starts to try and reconnect, and wont stop, so i unchecked the "automatic reconnect" and the same thing happens

That is odd. Have you attempted to reinstall the SHOUTcast DSP?

What happens when you de-select the DSP from Winamp's DSP window?

this is a known error bug that just hasn't made it to the official list, when you uncheck the auto reconect box sorta double click it and it should disable it. Sometimes it takes fire to fight fire.

festerhead and I conversed on the issue via VNC on my system. Are you sending a killed DNAS when this occurs? There is instances where this freakly occurs. Make sure your DNAS is visible if on another network or computer and you can connect to it. If it's killed it will freak out.

This thing drives me nuts.

Same thig here. Latest DSP latest winamp. (as of today)

Same issue. Stream will not diconnect

DJHotIce- Solution worked for Output #1 but not #2

I think that this may be a cuase for audio skipping does anyone know how to increase the clients buffer to lessen the chance of skipping?

Ok That works if only we could fix this stupid non disconnect issue. The program crashes to when you try to exit becuase of it. If you have a connected stream it iwll quit just fine... Strange

For me, I get the same thing, but what you can do is set it on an input that your not using (Eg input 5) and you can click the "auto reconnect" box. Then once it realized there's nothing there, it will attempt to reconnect. Click disconnect, then kill. It should stop then. Hope this helps.

Do youmean is you switch the view? That will not make a difference. Do to the "Main" view and you an see it still trying to connect.

There are many odd things with output 1. If you swith from winamp input, then to soundcard, then back, your encoder will swith to 24 kbps. Another odd bug.
