I do not believe there is a way to re-encode NSV files. At least not with the current NSV Tools.

wow, that really suck's. people keep submittin me videos encoded into nsv, but there not matching my settings, i tried sending them my profile for batch coverter, but they say it crashes, or encodes and dosn't show video only audio. wish there was a better way to handle this.
I vote for this to be a feature in future versions. |

it's generally not a good idea to encode from one compressed format to another. The final encode will always be effected by the original encode. If you are taking video submissions, might I recommend that they encode them in a higher compression then what will be broadcasted and using an alternate format then NSV.
That is if they cannot use your profile. Of course it would be better for them to use your profile. If your profile requires VP6 they will need the VP6 encoder installed as well as NSV tools. -Jay | Radio Toolbox.com |
