I've found WA5 easter-egg :)

Do you remember that when you typed NULLSOFT when Winamp2 was focused, a hidden skinned titlebar was shown? Now, in WA5 (I've tried it with the modern skin) if you do the same thing, alpha blending goes syncronized with the BOOM BOOM of the song, try it and you'll understand what I mean. You can type NULLSOFT again to disable it. Nice they've taken care of details like this one.

PS: I suppose alpha blending must be enabled in the configuration window. Enjoy .

How do you do this exactly? When I get to the L in NULLSOFT it pops open the open file dialog and I can't make it do what you describe.

You need to press esc each time E.G. N U L Esc L Esc S O F T. Or alternatively hold down ctrl and shift while you are typing it.

The simplist answers are the hardest to find

I would like to print out the entire help manual for 5.Anybody know how to do it with out selecting and print screening or File Print ect each page.

Second if I go to 5 what is missing from 3. An yes I am one of those idiots that did not come for an update for years and picked three over two thinking it was the newest. I must learn to modify my logical behavier.

so what is missing and should I bother to update.

Lastly does 5 support wma files yet that I actualy paid for on Napster. Yes I pay once in a while cause I am in a hurry.

Later Gents

When focused on the main Winamp 5 window, type the following:

[N], [U], [L] (Dialog pops up), [ESC] (Dialog disappears), [L] (Dialog pops up), [ESC] (Dialog disappears), [S], [O], [F], [T].

Play a track to see the results.

[EDIT] And make sure that alpha blending is enabled in Options -- Preferences -- Modern Skin -- Alpha Blending. [/EDIT]
