how can i make my video stream RTV Rebelloious tv whatever
show my irc network irc.rebellious.org.uk #rebellious msgs, like XRM TV?

and subtitle at bottom?
how do i make it say messages every 30mins or so

Dont know how to do that...but i LOVE your station RTV1. Great movies

You can have display messages on a live video stream. You can do that with NSVenc. I dont think there is a timer option however.

you use www.radiotoolbox.com/sc_nsv along with a bot in the irc channel which updates the subtitle.txt feature.

hbehe thanks, we now have 3 streams up, RTV 1 , RTV 2 and RTV 3, all totaling to over 200 users.
