Annoying 'tracers' when I move Winamp 5.

I have a fairly high-end system (P4 2.4Ghz, GF4 Ti4200) all with the latest drivers etc but when I move the winamp window I get:

The tracers start from the windows original position and follow the window wherever it goes until it stops moving for about 1/4 of a second. It's possible to fill my whole screen with it.

This doesn't happen with any other programs, any one know how I can fix it?

Turn off or optimise Alpha Blending. I get it too, but only over applications and complex images. It's all a question of graphics power.
