Free PHP Server?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can give me a link to a free PHP enabled server. I've signed up with one but its now constatnly crashing. I'm using this for the PHP XML parsing script. Thanx in advance

I use www.1and1.com - they have(or at least had) a free 3 yr promotional offer going on. 500MB space - 5GB(i think) of bandwith, php, mysql, cgi, and a bunch of other stuff as well as speedy servers and a great(although extremely slow) admin control panel.

Id definatly say suck it up and get some payfor hosting, it's just a lot more reliable and overall much better. Plus when it goes wrong you have someone to shout at who will pay attention.
