The Winamp 5.0 look alike

You might have seen the Winamp Classic Skin(that somebody made) which looks like the default modern skin for Winamp 5.0. But there is a problem with it. Because if you click on an item in the media library it is higlighted just for a split second but soon the color of the highlight box changes to that of the background making it indistinguisable. Is there any way of making any quick adjustments to change this because it is a good skin?

The version of that skin that I have doesn't have this problem. I think I downloaded the updated version of the skin from this thread:
