Playlist
An odd one...
Using classic skins (including the standard classic), the playlist editor lists queued tracks. Using modern skins (including the standard modern), the playlist editor doesn't list queued tracks. However, both seem to be doing the same job behind the scenes - queued tracks play in turn, etc. Also, I can swap between classic and modern at will - classic playlist with tracks, modern without anything. Is this a setting I've missed? |

Not sure what you mean exactly...
Are you using Winamp 5.01, and not some older pre-release beta/rc? Was this a clean install? Any 3rd-party plugins? System specs? |

1. Start winamp with the standard classic skin and open the playlist editor. Queue up a few tracks. They show in the playlist editor.
2. Switch to the standard modern skin and the playlist now appears empty, although the tracks still play as originally queued. 3. Switch back to standard classic, and they show again. I can drop tracks into the "empty" playlist at stage 2, and they are visible after stage 3. I've tried installing both over 2.9 (with and without plugins) and as a clean install with the same effect. I was hoping it would be something simple I'd overlooked :-/ |

No. Sorry. I can't reproduce that particular problem. Works fine for me.
Anyone else? iirc, there was a similar issue in one of the early alpha/beta pre-releases, but you're the first person to report it since then . . . and that was a good 3 or more months ago. There was no fix back then, apart from the next build where the bug/issue was fixed.... :/ |

me too
I'm having the same problem. v5.02. It only happens when placing the playlist on a monitor other than the primary display (under WinXP).
