Ha Im trying to stream videos I Get all the video but what is nsvscsrc CLI? Can you plz help we

It's how you feed the videos to the shoutcast server. CLI is command line interface, so you'll need to use dos to use it. You can always use a GUI instead, I have one (in my signature) and slavas makes an excellent one as well.
