equalizer question

Ok, I just got the new version of winamp and on the equalizer section of winamp next to the balance I see a number starting from 1. The default number is 2. Now what in the bloody hell is this option it seem like it dosent work.

You mean beside the crossfading button, underneath the balance button? I don't know, but I'm guessing it has to do with crossfading. Probably the amount of time it takes during fades or something.

well that sounds like a reasonable answer anyone else with an idea?
