Here's why ApeXtreme Gaming Console is a POS.

I did a little digging and I found out exactly why this console is an over prices POS.

The answer: it uses VIA and mini-itx components.

It's main processor: VIA C3 Processor. In comparison, a 1.2GHz C3 is barely fasater than a 700MHz Intel Pentium III. The ApeXtreme Gaming Console uses S3's DeltaChrome DX9 graphics processor. That's why games tend to get "chopy". Those components suck =/
