Control sc_trans via browser?

Is there a script out there that will let me control the behaviors of sc_trans (on linux) via web browser?

I am needing this because I have multiple DJ's and I do not want to give them shell access and they don't know how to use ssh/telnet...

I guess I am looking for a script that will look in my content directory and automatically build a playlist, and will also let me reload the sc_trans playlist with a click of a button and if it can do more then great...

I did a search for "sc_trans AND browser" and found this thread but it was not very explanitory...
