Monitoring my stream

Im testing this microsoft usb hub that controls a headset (headphones and mic)Ive had friends listening in on my stream and letting me know what it sounds like but there pissed off with me now,im trying to configure this thing and could do with recording or hearing what others will hear when they listen in.Any suggetions????

Just fire up another Winamp and listen on that. You need to allow Multiple instances of winamp in the settings first though. Your stream will have a possible 20-650 second delay so you can mic up and talk then turn up the monitor winamp and hear your output a few seconds later
