Your station is up and running- please don't double post- changing the bitrate is done in the dsp plugin -encoder tab- use the bandwidth calculator to see how high you can stream- changes made to the number of listeners can be done in the shoutcastserver part - edit config and change password-max listeners etc - be sure to restart the server software in order for it to work with the new settings.
