It returns you to the thread when you post in it, so therefore it HAS to be read by me, which is why it's a bug. It doesn't always do this, just about 25% of the time, which is what is weird.

The skin database is really f***** now. There has been no new entires for over 2 weeks, apart from 2 entires for a skin called 'project DU fridge' which has no preview pics and no file to download.

Yeah, there are about 3 pages of skins like that now, whether viewing with Firefox at home & IE at work.
