Noob help

eh hi,

i'd like to setup a shoutcast server so i could play some streaming music. The thing is i really have no clue how to configure it to work. My ISP is Road Runner and i'm connected to another PC through a router.

I dont understand at all how to set it up. so if someone could PLEASE give me step by step instructions it'd be much appreciated. Oh i'm also on Windows Xp if that makes a difference. I think that about covers it. If thats to vague just leave a post and i'll answer what ever else i can. Thanks

and owns!
