Nsvencoding problem with audio

Mhh NsvEnc is drivin' me crazy. Well i have to encode a video that has an 8 bit soundtrack..ok i have to remain under the impossible bitrate of 40-50kb/s.. so the choose of quality is for 16kbs mono..16hz resampled..but the .nsv video has for sound only a strange "noise". Ok i can hear it's the song but it's so noisely that nobody could recognize it without knowing the title

i encoded a lot of files at that quality and audio didn't have any prob..then i probably think that 8 bit-audio is the trick..

..is there a solution? any opinion?
