nsv file playbacks very fast

first of all hello to you all. i just signed in. ok. here is the problem. i got this nsv video from my friend. he asked me to put it on stream for him. problem is that on my computer video playbacks very fast. video lenght is 6 minutes and when i play it in winamp it is over in 10 seconds. why is this so? winamp reports correct playing time of the video.

Where did the file originate? If you download one of those official nsvs off of the videos page here, they play really fast (some sort of copy protection I'd assume)

i don't know where did he get it. i assumed he made it him self.
