Ok... here's one.
Why the fuck does every other damn website on the internet use QT to show video clips and shit? It's basically forced me to install this crap just so I can see what the hell everyone else is looking at or to see a video clip I wanted to see. Shit. Hasn't anyone heard of a goddamn mpeg? That's one of them, but it's not the only one. I've been to several websites recently that had QT videos that I wanted to watch, and I couldn't find them in any other format...
I ended up installing the minimum QT software to play the video files, took away all the default file associations except the QT movie files, and got rid of the shortcuts to the QT player. So basically, all I have it for is the browser plugin so that I can watch those fucking files finally.

OK, I feel like bitching, so...... when you are going to get a couple cavities filled, do you like it when the nurse drops something that sounds really heavy and says "oops" right before you are going to get shot up with the numbing stuff?

I don't really even try to learn new acronyms anymore unless they're used quite a bit by everyone else. Like AFAIK... I hardly even use it. I know what it means, but usually if I'm typing a reply to something, I actually type out "As far as I know..."
But that's just me. |
