Help with firewall/Router resistance

I want to broadcast from my computer i connect and says there is outgoing and stuff but noone can connect cause of a firewall or my router or something. Can anyone tell me what to do other than say look at ur router users guide cause that didnt tell me its a Linksys NR041 and i have windows mellenium edition any help would be apreciated #emerge on gamesurge pm Emerge|eQualizer or replies would be good thanks
