yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer

I'm having a problem... ive had it for about a week now and the shoutcast site carnt pick my site up.

The error message I get is

yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 62.255.32.5:2020) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection refused))

I'm not sure what it means, can somone PLEASE help me.
