Multiple stations from one server (pc)

Can I run multiple stations from the same server (my home pc)?

I've noticed that there are multiple encoders and outputs. I'm sure that this has something to do with it if it is possible.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is it also safe to assume that I can press the mute button on the winamp player that is broadcasting and then run an additional instance of winamp that I can listen to music on my pc and still have my station broadcasting without the two interfering with each other?
