It's not broadcasting

Ok, I see that YP is kind of unpredictable and tends to display/not display listings whenever it feels like. Am I correct to assume this?

Now that I see my listing, I asked a couple of people to try and connect. No one seemed to be able to. According to my server/client, everything was functioning properly. When people tried to connect, they had no sound coming to them. I have the output configured to "Winamp" and I had stuff playing. My client connects to the server, which are on the same computer. My client uses 192.168.2.111 to connect, but everyone else should be using my REAL IP which is 68.xxx.xxx.xxx. Maybe that is part of the problem. Any suggestions?
