Output confusion 0_o

Ok, I've installed winamp 2, installed shoutcast, configured ther input etc until I get to the output. I have done the yellow pages bit but I am totally lost at the connectio bit. Let me just put it into a few questions..

1. Is it possible to put it through a web site hos (Because when I listen to other people's radio I am directed to somewhere like www.theirdomainorwhatever.com/radio.pls

2. If im going to host it from home anyway, what port do i use and what do i put in the address (and yes, Ive read the readme :P) Please tell me as Im a very confused newbie!
