IP Forwarding

Does anyone know of any FREE software that can be used for IP Forwarding. I have a domain registered, and can set it to forward to an address so people can use that for my link. but I dont want to use a straight IP addresss since it might change and I dont want to update all the time. Deerfield.com had a product called ******. but now you have to pay for it. anyone know of anything else? I want it forwared to my home PC so I can keep the server here...Thanks!
