Bandwidth Question

I have my Winamp streaming at the 24 kpbs, lowest level setting that is there. I checked it about 2 hours later, and it looks like its sent out about 20 megs...is that about accurate? I dont want comcast to get pissed, so i'm wondering if this is an actual figure or not, since I plan to run this 24/7...Thanks
