How would I go on to disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache

Hey,
I am working on getting my online radio show up, I understand everything about it.. When I type in my IP and connect, this is what I recover..

<03/03/04@17:55:25> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave error (nak)
<03/03/04@17:55:25> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 24.191.52.203:8000) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out))
<03/03/04@17:57:12> [source] no data (30s timeout). disconnecting.

Could someone please tell me how I can disable this.
