Trying to figure out the crossfade
I have been up all night trying to figure this out. the crossfade WILL work on music I have downloaded but won't work for music I've uploaded from cd's. Most of my files are uploaded (about 90 %). I've been searching on here and have tried 3 different plug ins, tried uninstall / reinstall, tried everything in my direct sound output. and nothing, I can change the settings in the direct sound output, but as soon as I close it and reopen, it's back like it was before I went in. I am planning on using Winamp to dj a wedding and I'm getting frustraded. please help, sorry for a long post.

Did you use WMP to rip your CD's to WMA, by any chance?
