I've got a leech downloading stuff off of me right now (I'm in residence at a university, and I share stuff over my subnet; the person downloading off of me isn't sharing anything), so this probably isn't my optimal speed.
[edit] That reminds me: are there any tools I could use to find out who's downloading what off my computer over the network? The whole college probably shares a T3 or several T1s. You're getting a higher upload because more people are downloading than uploading.
