i normally do because alot of people have brothers/sisters or just multiple pc's and want it playin in each section of there house.

If the multiple ip connections are within a few seconds of each other and the user-agent tag* reflect known ripping behavior, then yes.

* = remember the user-agent tag is arbitrary.
