Winamp TV Help

Ok I'm not sure if this has been posted before but when I tried to use the search thing it would freeze my computer. Anywyas my problem is on this one channel on winamp TV I'll bewatching it and every 2 seconds or so it will buffer again and will freeze for about 3 seconds. This has only happend on this on channle but I really love it. It's under the games genre and it's called NTcast.COM. It says you need VP6 Codec so I downloaded it and it still doesn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could have several reasons:
1. The bitrate is higher than your Inet bandwith -> compare them
2. Too many people want to access to the server from which you receive the program
3. Your computer is not fast enough (CPU and/or graphics card) to decode and send it to your monitor (quite improbable).
