AAC is not included in the NSVTools package.

Now I want the lame_enc.dll to encode lower than 32kps. I dont know anything about compiling, can someone gives provides us that file please ?
" You must dwnload the latest Lame encoder from lame.sourceforge.net and compile it to obtain lame_enc.dll. You must then replace the lame_enc.dll in the nsvtool package with the file that you just compiled. You will have more options on the bit rate using this new compiled lame audio encoder. I can make nsv video with 8kbps audio." http://www.scvi.net/audio.htm |
