1.9.4 possible bug?

Server: 1.9.4 (Sparc ver)
Source: Sbtools (suite of applications that allows switching between live and recorded sources on the fly)
Bitrate: 160k
Server link: 205.188.234.1:8008

Issue:

Seems after the server was upgraded to 1.9.4, every set(or title update) seems to 'reset' the server.

All logs are gone, listener count peak is reset to 0, song history is null.

Sbtools is working fine on stations on the Uvox.

Anyone heard of this issue, or can shed some light?

edit: Background history:

We have been running on this SC server for over two years now with no issue. Server has been maxed [500] previously, with no issues. This issue sprouted up about 36 hours ago, though I cannot be sure of the time.

this was a problem i had with our internal tools which update the whole shoutcast farm -- it was forcing resets on the aol-hosted streams every hour. fixed.
