speed up loading times

just an idea for a plugin or even an update in the next winamp. i know someone has already posted an idea similar to this but i think the winamp playlist needs to be more linked with the library, for example when you load a View into the playlist, the library should check against what is already in the playlist and if it is the same then not reload the list, this would help with if you like to load (play) your songs up from the library.
another helpful thing would be to have the song currently playing to be highlighted in the library, this would help with locating a song if u wanted to rate it or something.
