why i can't change the file format... i tried renaming it but nothing!! is there any other way which is sure to work?

it's like simplex.zip... i put simplex.wsz but it becomes simplex.wsz.zip so it doesn't work

about a program....
I found this in a old zip file containing a skin... its a program you can use to rename the file format thing (donno what its called)
its pretty good and very easy to use!
