File size of a converted VCD to NSV?

If I was to convert a VCD to NSV.
Either a SVCD or VCD Mpeg-1 to NSV what would the file size of the NSV end up being?

All I want to be able to do is convert it so I can stream off my website.

Before I get flames these are legit foreign films and documentaries I will be converting to be used on a non-profit community site.

Depends on the format and bitrates uses. It's impossible to say.

if you're aiming for around a 128~ kbit file, then it's around 80 mb for a 120 minute film. Around. Just encode one and see what happens. Please.
