help with admin login

Hello,
I started a shoutcast station and i dont know the administration username for my shoutcast website thingy
(http://my.ip:8000)

Can U help?? Thanks!

user name is normally admin I believe. Password is whatever you set it as in your config.

i tried that and it didnt work........... the pass i think did but the username didnt.!

The username is indeed "admin" (sans quotes).

Don't forget if you made a change to the DNAS config, you have to kill the server and restart it to have the new password take effect.

it still doesnt work!! the pass is set but the thing says Unauthorized

the admin password is disabled by default, you need to delete the semi-colon and space before that field.

edit: i know this is a really old thread but i ran into it by googling this same problem
