NEWB... trying to figure this SHOUTcast thing out. (help!)

Ok... i got the winamp and server software.. how do i get this shit on the road. all the readme files are confusing as hell. can someone break it down for me?

after getting no help from anyone on my first post, i tried top configure my server... and what do you know but it seems i've only made it worse.

PLEASE.. some one help me out!

never mind.... i'm an idiot.. i figured it out.

but anyways now my log list says:

and when i click on Connect in winamp Output menu.. it doesn't.
